Customers send quotations via e-mail. The estimate is quoted according to specifications. To help Customers with finding the best option few variations could be quoted with different number of pages, quantity, binding types, etc.

• Approval of Estimates.

The Customer looks through the estimate very closely and approves it for the production via e-mail or phone call specifying quotation ID.

• Payment Terms.

The Customer decides about payment terms before starting the production process. Only after payment terms are agreed and (if) advanced payment is paid the production will be started.

• PDF Uploading.

The estimate is quoted evaluating that PDF files are prepared professionally and ready to print. Just log to our FTP server ftp://baltoprint.com and upload files if you are sure about PDF files quality. Please ask for login information that is only for your company use. Not special equipment is needed for logging to our server you can do that just using your work computer.

• PDF Correction.

Our team is ready to serve you if you have no opportunities to prepare ready to print PDF files in a professional way.

• Approval of Soft Proofs.

Firstly files should be uploaded on the FTP server ftp://baltoprint.com. After the soft proof is ready we kindly ask you to login to the same FTP server ftp://baltoprint.com and look through the file carefully before approving it electronically. Please correct the file it is needed. We shell start the production only when soft proofs are approved.

• Production.

From now on we shell use all technical facilities we have to produce the top class production. And to make sure that the final result even surpasses your expectations.

• Delivery.

Goods are delivered via Logistic Company to the address that is indicated by yours.
