a) one part cover - a single piece of paper board, binding material* or plastic; 
b) full binding cover - wrapped with a single piece of paper or binding material*;
c) half binding cover - wrapped with binding material and paper or two different binding materials*.

BLOCK TYPES OF A CASE BOUND BOOKS:
a) perfect case bound - the block is cut and glued only;
b) case bound - the block is sewn in sections and then glued.
