- "Quotation form" could be filled in using our website or could be sent via email.
- The estimate is quoted according to specifications. To help Customer with finding the best option few variations could be quoted with different number of pages, quantity, binding types, etc.
- The Customer looks through the estimate very closely and approves it for the production via email or phone call specifying quotation ID.
- The Customer decides about payment terms before starting the production process. Only after payment terms are agreed and (if) advanced payment is paid the production will be started.
